Upgraded us from the St lucia lodge to hippo lodge which we weren't happy about but really weren't given a choice as hotel shut apparently but in the end we had a really good time at hippo lodge .reception staff was brilliant and made sure our stay and requests for a safari trip were made a reality

We visited this beautiful glamping spot exactly five years ago, and coming back felt even more magical, especially with the surprise upgrade! The hosts were absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even more special. The rain made it therapeutic and calming, adding to that true nature escape feeling.
