I visited with my 2 sisters for our first "Sis-caytion" and the resort was the perfect place for this special occasion. We bonded, dined, relaxed, partied, took beautiful pictures in this picturesque resort and explored Punta Cana! The staff named us "The Destiny's Child" lol. From the warm welcome, to the great entertainment options, cleanliness to the wonderful staff! I can say this is definitely worth the money. I expected a lot considering the expensive price but quite frankly it bit my expectations. Rooms and environment was cleaned around the clock, security was on point. They had something for everything. For an all inclusive, the quality of the food and drinks were 5* restaurant quality (especially if you eat at the restaurants). The breakfast buffet was amazing. We ate ate and ate until we could eat no more. The resort is so beautiful and honestly, whatever your vibe is, there is something for you. The staff- work like robots, so efficient and always on the job but always remain so friendly, happy and always willing to help or make you laugh. I hope they are getting paid well enough (because they deserve it). When you want peace and quiet, or if you want to party of meet people, they had something for you. I normally don't leave reviews but I just had to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The place was AMAZING!! The staff really make the resort to the next level. Fraces at Libre for breakfast greeted us and made us feel so special and welcome. I must call out Raphael and Ericka at the Miraflores pool area, kept us happy, and drinks always in our hands :) I can't forget Wilson from entertainment; Luis from the Asian restaurant along with Rosanna. I hope I didn't forget anyone because everyone was AWESOME!!!!!

Small paradise. Beach was amazingly beatiful. No issue to find a spot to lay and enjoy. Water in the sea was warm, light blue, trasparent, inviting us to swim. Rooms were clean, taken care of every day. Each evening there have been an entertiment which we could attend without leaving the hotel. Food was quite good, however seemed a bit heavy when staying 4 days.

The food was great. Often food at all-inclusive resorts is mediocre, but the food here was worth coming back for. We didn't have one bad meal while here. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were very clean.

Beautiful grounds. Swim-up rooms were great. The lagoon next to the hotel was the perfect place to swim. The El Beso part of the resort was fantastic, especially the adults-only restaurant on the beach. The lobby is beautifully designed and has a fascinating architectural concept, and the lobby bar and piano bar were really elegant. The buffets were surprisingly good for an all-inclusive resort.

Excellent food, drink and service. small tips go a long way. I'm glad I did not let the few negative reviews sway me. I'm used to traveling in luxury hotels. While this isn't a luxury resort by any stretch it is rather great for an all inclusive. I am planning on returning. I also highly recommend the platinum upgrade. Totally worth it.

The resort is expansive, offering plenty of activities. The privileged room I stayed in was incredibly spacious, and I believe all the rooms boast wonderful views. The kids' activities, along with the availability of small cars for transportation, make it family-friendly. As an all-inclusive resort, both the food and alcoholic beverages exceeded expectations, with the Christmas Eve experience standing out for its exceptional food, service, and shows. The beach, characterized by its wild beauty, adds to the overall charm of the resort
