Our stay in the mango guest house was excellent. All, owners and staff are so helpful and nice.Very kind people. They helped us with excursions and boat trips in good prices It is located on the Elephantine island. It just takes some minutes to get there from Aswan by the ferry. It was also very clean. I highly recommend it!!

One of the highlights of our stay was how helpful Hafez was in organizing and helping us arrange the excursions. Staying at Nubian Soul was my best experience in Egypt. Bibo the owner assists you with everything, but gives you the freedom to make your own plans. We spent every night on the terrace having drinks and making music with the guests including Bibo. On a few minute walk you can have a swim in a oasis of the Nile. The breakfast and dinner made by Bibo’s mother are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend everyone going to Aswan to book this gem on Elephantine Island.

We had the most wonderful stay at Airkela! The rooms are clean and nicely decorated in Nubian style. You stay on Elephantine island, away from the busy city but so easy to cross. The staff was so helpful and nice. Special thanks to Abdullah for his hospitality and helping us to get around! They offer local tours and can arrange everything you ask for. Would highly recommend!

Incredibly welcoming host, brand new and clean room (the photos are accurate), which is a treat when coming from other places in Aswan. For the rest we were pleasantly surprised by the view from the terrace, the very local area with animals everywhere. The island in itself is a very restful place to stay, with no cars, city noises or smells. And of course the breakfast since the place was originally a restaurant.

The place is super beautiful, even more than in the pictures. It may seem a bit far from Aswan city but it’s totally worth it, and you can arrange with them a shuttle from the airport so it’s easier to get there. It's a beautiful place and people was extremely nice with us from the moment we arrived, they greeted us with welcome drinks and the best vibes. Ahmed arranged every tour and transportation for us and even gave us breakfast to go for the tours. We had a wonderful experience, we went with my mom that is in a wheelchair and they helped us with everything, They even surprised us with a cake for my mom’s birthday, the best experience that we will never forget. We just wish we had stayed longer!
