Location and the views were amazing. Food was very tasty and healthy. The staff (everyone from gatekeeper to reception to room service) was extremely cordial and helpful. Value for money since we got a good deal from Booking.com. Highly recommended for those who love resort experience but do not want to shell out too much money.

Liked everything in the hotel. 1. Staff were excellent 2. Immediate response from the staff for any queries . 3. Room 4. Play area - Mr.Mahadev and his co - staff were very supportive in keeping the kids busy with activities in the play area. Words aren’t enough to describe Mr.Mahadev’s service. Thanks a ton. My son enjoyed a lot.

"I had a fantastic stay at the seclude Mussorie. The check-in was seamless and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. My room on the 1st floor was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom came stocked with quality toiletries. I also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made planning our days easy. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff at the restaurant were attentive and friendly. Location-wise, it's perfect – just a short walk to several attractions and well-connected to public transport. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again. The service and quality exceeded my expectations, especially for the price.
