Beautiful and spotlessly clean room, very attentive and polite staff, wonderful view and gardens.They were able to accommodate two very early starts with packed breakfast. The restaurant was nice.

The location is too good. It's 14km far from center ooty however that's the best part . The location is too good it's on hilltop with great view. Perfect for relaxation. Food was good.

The whole stay was awesome with Shabeers Resort. We stayed here during the red alert in ooty. The owner of this property supported very well and he helped us with groceries and medicine during this tough time. He gave us all the vessels and other things for cooking as well. Also the View from the room was awesome Thank you Imran Bro for all the help.

"Absolutely loved our time at this Ooty resort! The stunning lake views and high-up location with the green valley expanse were incredibly calming and beautiful, providing true mind peace. especially enjoyed our coffee moments on the balcony, soaking in the panoramic lake and valley scenery at sunset Pakka view The food was a highlight – the Hyderabadi Biryani was authentic and delicious, and the Chinese noodles were spot on. What sets this place apart is the staff; their genuine smiles and family-like service made us feel right at home. So I Give A 5-star ….stay and highly recommended
