I loved the service provided I had the most amazing two assistants Polina and Margarita who did the best job of making me feel comfortable. They let me know the timetables, excursions, meals and arranged any trips I wanted. I loved that it was clean and the mini bar was always stocked. The staff were so happy to help and the most kind people ever. I had the best birthday week ever and would definitely stay again. The facilities were endless and the activities so much fun even for adults the cinema, gym, beach, Starbucks’s you name it they had it.

Well there are many things I liked at Armas, Staff was super helpful, 24/7 ready to sort out your issue. Right on the beach, pool was good too. I wasn’t a big fan of pool bar but lobby bar was way better. Food was great, you just can’t stay hungry, especially from 11:30 to 16:00 you can get shawarma, burgers, pizza and gözleme, after that waffles and after one hour break 19:00 starts dinner. For kids two small pools additionally pool with slides on the facility next to the main hotel. Shops are near by, it’s a small town but they got everything. My daughter wasn’t feeling well so a waiter noticed and called for doctor present all the time at the premises, All in all for me and my family it was great to stay there.

Erman Bey delivered an excellent show that became one of the evening highlights! His performance was not only entertaining but genuinely impressive – a real professional who truly captivated the guests. Daniel from the animation team also deserves special mention. With his positive energy, great attitude, and friendly nature, he brought joy and excitement to every day. Thanks to him, there was always something going on – lively, but never intrusive – just the right balance! All in all: A perfectly enjoyable stay where you truly feel welcome. Beautiful place, lush green location, clean property with all facilities available & top of everything, the caretaker/manager Mr. Tanju was the best of all. He was such a cooperative, kind hearted, proactive, friendly and nice man who took care of us like a family. We adored him and would love to stay again and again at this property under his care. The Hotel is really sweet like a home :) The staff made me and make the other guests feel good all the time.They are always helpful and kind.That's the main point if you wanna have a good holiday.I can say this definetely is a family hotel so youngsters can disappoint a bit but for me was ok cause I was looking for a calm place to save energy for my next adventures :)) Although the all staff were perfect,I want to big thank to Restaurant Chef Ümit and Waiter Mehmet for their nice energy and smiley faces. Thanks a lot lads.By the way food is delicious,cleaning service take care af your room every day.Normally I don't go to same resort for holiday again but this one will again be a top choice for me.
