A special shoutout to Céline and Austin for going above and beyond to make our trip memorable. We stayed at Lions Hotel, where Austin graciously upgraded our room, making our stay even more comfortable. Later, at L’Signature, we were once again upgraded to a beautiful, larger room with a stunning balcony—an absolute treat! To top it all off, the staff surprised us with a thoughtful gift, and on our departure, they carried our luggage to a taxi 300 meters away, as the weekend restricted car access. We had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend. You are right in the center of the old town! Lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Hotel was super clean and the comfiest bed we have had. Huge TV as well. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a city view which was great. The pool and bar area both have amazing views. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly. It was a lovely stay overall.

Ms Lily from the reception was amazing and friendly. She made the extra mile by sharing with us several great traveling tips. All hotel staff made us feel extremely welcomed. The family room is spacious and suitable for 3 pax. Location is convenient to many food places. As we had to check out early in the morning, the hotel staff even prepared some packed food for us to go and allowed us to store our luggages for the day after we checked out. We really appreciate their amazing service! There is a swimming pool on the sky deck floor and it’s a chill place to hangout before sleep.

The staff, especially Ms Huyen, was so helpful from the minute I made online booking, till we arrived, and even after we left.
