My baby lost her favorite white bunny one day and the whole team went out of their way to find it - and they did. We also had a medical emergency one day and the whole staff did an absolutely amazing job supporting us. Monica and Nazeem in particular exhibited an astounding level of empathy, care and compassion. Superbly client oriented, run by top notch competent professionals driven by world class service excellence - absolute perfection! Happy to write this - would love to come back. And I stayed at literally thousands of various hotels worldwide. Special thanks to Monica - she's a genuinely inspiring ambassador of this property who masterfully and empathically crafted our stay, sorted out everything on the fly and made my whole family extremely happy. Fairmont Ajman boasts an expansive infinity pool, and a spa with a range of signature treatments. Guests can enjoy free WiFi in the hotel as well as in the rooms. The staff is super nice and attentive, Rauhl even arranged a very early check-in with the late check-out so we could enjoy our holidays at maximum. He also upgraded our room, which is so generous of him !! This kind of attitude differentiates a regular from 5* hotel. It was a real pleasure to stay there.

Away from the city and beach 🏖 are absolutely amazing (fine sands) and pool/jacuzzi is sooo relaxing. The rooms are big and cozy 😍 beautiful interior. Of course all staff are very accommodating and F&B Team are the best specially Noel and his team ❤️ Food Outlets and Breakfast / Dinner Buffet options are highly recommended ....
