The property gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing; beautiful modern room with a huge deck. the hotel-only spa area was amazing and very peaceful.

RETTER Bio-Natur-Resort ligt in het schilderachtige heuvellandschap van Oost-Stiermarken en wordt omgeven door boomgaarden en heuvels van het natuurreservaat Pöllau-vallei. The hotel left a truly wonderful impression — from the overall atmosphere to the thoughtful design and philosophy of the place. You can really feel the care for guests and the professionalism of the staff. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The only thing we missed was a bit more space in the textile-free area — it felt smaller than expected and didn’t provide the full sense of relaxation. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back, hopefully when this area becomes more spacious.
