It is at the end of Bansko, easy to walk to the mountain and to the center. The communication with the owner was great. Definitely a place to recommend and to come back again- sure will be great during the winter too. Hope that it would be kept in the same way in the future. Will give more than 10, if could.

It is indeed very cozy, and it makes you feel like home. It is right next to the outer swimming pool and spa entrance, which was an excellent experience. In the spa center there are one outdoor and one indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Furthermore, there are three different saunas to choose, and two steam baths. I would definitely recommend the apartment. It is only 15 minutes walking distance from the center. The free parking is an extra positive.

Very comfortable, very practical and squeaky-clean! The kitchen has everything needed even for long stays. All cooking tableware, utensils, spices. Full oven, microwave, dishwasher (which we didn't need to use), coffee machine. There are different types of coffee capsules, different types of tea, which shows thoughtfulness about the guests' taste preferences. And we had a lovely compliment from the owners which we enjoyed a lot. You can feel the attention to details both at the place and the host's hospitality. We definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place that feels like home.

The location and the apartment it self is perfect. You will have everything you need in it. Stefka and Ivan are awesome hosts, our baby had some health issue and they went above and beyond to help us. They called the best pediatrician in Bansko and set up an appointment for us. I don't think that many host will do that for you. Thank you guys for that we won't forget it. Definitely we recommend this apartment.

We traveled with 3 small children and I can say that the accommodation is absolutely suitable for families. The apartment is comfortable, warm and fully equipped. The host is available and cooperative in every matter. The hotel has a swimming pool, relaxing rooms and a playroom. The restaurant has a solid offer and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended for families with small children.
