We truly appreciated the upgrade to our room — thank you for this thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the center of Bansko, making it easy to explore. Considering the quality of service, comfort, and location, it’s also great value for money. If we ever come back to Bansko, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Not new, but a very cozy and beautiful chalet-style hotel. The staff is exceptionally professional, and the rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms are roomy and equipped with everything you need. Bed linens, towels, and bathrobes are changed daily. Special mention goes to the SPA area: a large pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, as well as a variety of baths, saunas, a hammam, and ice rooms.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. We were greeted by Nino and Stefan upon our arrival and they were pleasant from the start to finish. We stayed in the half chalet which is detached at the back of the hotel, it's very cosy and perfectly heated. We ate downstairs one night at the restaurant which was a great change from the traditional Bulgarian food we had each other night. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to do on our day off from skiing. The lobby was great Stefan had a signature cocktail menu he created and all of them we tried were fantastic. Nino would drive us to the ski lift each morning after breakfast it was so convenient. A lovely family run hotel, highly recommended. Quiet and away from the busyness on the main street.

We booked 2 apartments for two families, both apartments were great. Very spacious, clean, everything you need, down to the smallest details, the hostess left a few capsules for the coffee maker. Green went very easily and quickly, the hostess explained where to park, how to get to the apartment, turned on the air conditioners in advance.

Comfort and quiet place for children and family time. Everything was excellent, the breakfast with lot of choice.

Offering a hot outdoor pool and views of the mountain, Zornitza Family Estate is located close to Melnik and in Sandanski region. Melnishki Piramidi is 7 km away.
