The hotel was really nice. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were excellent. Very friendly, kind and went above and beyond for us. The owner Maya made us feel like we were part of the family! The food was incredible. Everything we order was fresh and had a lot of flavor. Compliments to the chef. Also the wine they had was incredible. We even got a few bottles to take home. Overall we had an amazing time at Ritsa Resort and would only stay there in the future.

On the first day, we met a waiter named Luka, who recommended delicious dishes and a tiramisu that we ended up ordering every day—it was so tasty. The rooms were very clean; we didn't even notice when they did the cleaning (the maid seemed to watch for when we left and quickly tidied up). We only met her (Natalia) on the second day—she was very polite and pleasant, just like the rest of the hotel staff. Overall, this hotel left us with only warm memories, and we would be happy to return again!
