It's a real case of value for money. The location, the breakfast, the staff, the restaurants, the rooms and the overall ambience are really nice. The hotel is incentive enough for me to warrant a second visit to the place. The Zafran restaurant is awesome and two items out of the three items that we'd had, Chicken Patiala and the Blueberry Cheesecake were perhaps the best two items that I'd had in a long, long time.

The rooms- it felt like living in a museum. 200+ year-old furniture, curios in every small corner that you find something new every single day, even after five nights of stay. We found a walking stick hiding rather sinister looking dagger. The food- the Cook was trained by the Queen herself for 30 years. She made the best pork momos I ever tasted. All vegetables were locally grown, and tasted of the Himalayas. The staff were handpicked by the queen herself, trained for decades, and were the nicest people. I seriously felt that we locked out on every front. Everything about the place smelled off a quiet dignity.

Although the hotel is quite far from Kolkata, I would consider visiting again just to enjoy the food at Moti Mahal, the hotel restaurant. The hotel is very new—it was inaugurated only two months ago—so the rooms and linens were exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. The rooms are modern and well equipped with contemporary amenities.

The resort maintains very hygienic materials so far bed cover bed sheets towels and toiletries are concerned. Cleanliness is at its best. Staff behavior especially at the reception and kitchen are worth mentioning for their positivity and helpfulness. It's a great place to stay for people who love nature and creativity.

I stayed at Sundarban Beckons for 4 days, and it was an absolute pleasure. The resort has spacious cottage-style rooms surrounded by lush vegetation. Located in Dulki village on Gosaba island, the resort provides a great opportunity to experience the charms of rural Bengal. You can take a tuk-tuk to explore the area and visit the local market. The food was excellent, and the host, Ratan Jana, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Ratan is an expert guide registered with the forest department. He has a wealth of information about the Sundarbans, its history, ecology, and many fascinating facts about the famous tigers of the Sundarbans. I was there to work on a photo story, and Ratan was extremely helpful in getting me in touch with the locals. If you are a journalist, photographer, or anyone who needs an informed guide to help you around the Sundarbans, Ratan is your best option without a doubt.

La chambre est confortable et la nourriture est bonne. Vous pouvez rejoindre facilement à pied le village où vous laissez promener. L’endroit possède son propre jardin organique. Bref, un agréable séjour.
