Keep it in the family and go to La Pergola restaurant one of the best seafood restaurants in the area with its own parking and only a short walk into Tropea old town.

We stayed at Borgo Rosso di Sera on a Saturday evening during a romantic getaway while driving from Sicily to Puglia — and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly thoughtful and attentive without being overbearing. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views that made it hard to leave the terrace. Our room was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. The food at the hotel was excellent — we had dinner there and were really impressed. And the breakfast? Exceptional. Possibly one of the best we had during our time in Italy. The grounds are beautifully kept, with a peaceful and romantic atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. Every detail was so well thought out — it’s clear the team really cares about the guest experience. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stop with incredible views and great food.

All guest rooms will provide guests with a fridge. 11 / 10. EXCEPTIONAL property and amenities, host, and quality of breakfast. Absolutely nothing bad to say. Enjoyed the hot tub and dry sauna and outdoor shower with HOT water for rinsing. Quality of the breakfast is unbelievable and jams were delicious. Thank you Sante. What a view too.

Having read all the reviews I had high expectations which were more than met. The room and terrace were spotlessly clean. The breakfast absolutely delicious with everything prepared by hand in the kitchen..I've never eaten so much cake for breakfast. Anna was the most welcoming host nothing was a problem and she offered a late check out on our last day. Tropea itself is the most charming of villages and the residenza is in very quite and tranquil part of town.

Very nice location, super comfortable apartments with washing machine and kitchen . Lot of room for family with kids. The swimming pool is big and the man working as "wathcer" is super friendly with kids and with adults. The stuff is nice and friendly. Additional note: the facility it's mosquito-free!! (Very important because Calabria is famous for very aggressive tiger mosquitos )

Location, location, location! Classy. Spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Service was top-notch. There was an issue with our room allocation/number of people assigned to our room. The issue was my fault as I mistakenly booked a room for 3 people, not 4 (travelling with 2 adults and 2 teenagers). The front desk worked with us to rectify this problem :) The bathroom has beach flip-flops for everyone! great in-house toiletries. Very spacious rooms. The actual pool grounds were beautiful and serene. We also travelled with my parents and sister. As a larger group, the staff always ensured our pool and food needs were met. The hotel is located a short, 5 minute walk to the beach which is spectacular! Strongly reccommend going to the local market (on the way to the beach) to order paninos (sandwiches for the beach). You can walk up to Tropea within 10 minutes (great workout!) Highly recommend ordering an iced coffees from the bar!
