The Royal Island Resort & Spa is a 30-minute wheeled aircraft ride from Malé International Airport. A mandatory transfer is provided by the resort, and charges are to be paid upon arrival. I've been to over 50 countries and have stayed in amazing places but I can't think of anything that surpasses the experience of a vacation at Royal Island Resort. It was truly magical, a paradise. I had high hopes but it exceeded all of my expectations. The island itself is perfect, with beautiful beaches, warm water, interesting wildlife, and beautiful trees and flowers. The cabins are comfortable and I loved the outdoor (yet private) showers. There are plenty of activities to choose from but I was totally happy just being in the water and hanging out on the beach. The all-inclusive buffet restaurant provided a variety of delicious food that I never got tired of. And I had the best massage of my life at the spa. All that said, perhaps the thing that I'll remember the most are the people. The service cannot be better -- everyone was so welcoming, so kind, so friendly. This is truly a 5-star resort in all aspects and I'm so thankful for the opportunity to have visited. I'll return as soon as I can.

The bars and restaurants are excellent as well, though the main restaurant is dominated by Indian flavors. An excellent choice for a quiet and peaceful retreat.

The views were scenic and surreal. The resort staff were well trained and paid attention to every single detail to make sure your stay becomes unforgettable. The food served at the Cowrie Restaurant were top notch and have lots of varieties. Booked one of the lagoon villas and did not regret! We got one of the best views from our sun deck overlooking the Maldives waters.

Our location 138 was also perfect location for proximity to dive school and privacy Dive school also a great setup and the house reef , whilst motorised coral was incredibly abundant with shark, turtle , parrot fish etc

Located in the UNESCO world biosphere of Baa Atoll, Seaside Finolhu provides the ultimate island experience for guests. Each one of Finolhu’s villas are located either on the island’s beachfront or directly over the ocean waters. More than half of the villas feature a private pool, while every villa category offers a spacious living area with all the modern comforts of home. We stayed in March 2025 — everything was perfect. The island is small but very picturesque and well-maintained. We stayed in a beach villa with a private pool — surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful scenery and a sense of complete privacy. Right across from our villa was a golf simulator, which we used several times since we enjoy playing golf. The main restaurant pleasantly surprised us — the food was tasty and varied. Among the à la carte options, the Japanese restaurant was our favorite. We dined there several times, and the dishes were truly outstanding. The spa was also a highlight — the massage was absolutely amazing and deeply relaxing. Special thanks to the staff — polite, attentive, and very detail-oriented. We were left with only the best impressions of our stay.

Amilla Fushi Resort Villas & Residences is a island resort located in Baa Atoll offering you a choice of island homes that hover over clear waters, nestled amongst lush tree tops or the shores of pristine white sand. All the food were delicious, staffs are friendly, cleaning the room twice a day, and room and facilities are very clean.
