Best location in Casco Viejo. The hotel facilities were good and clean with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was good with a good variety of foods, fruits and juices. Overall, a great stay and will probably stay here again in future.

A classic Novotel experience. Clean, spacious, relatively simple. Decent location. Exactly what you pay for. Staff at reception were very accommodating. Small outdoor bar/restaurant opposite is decent. I would definitely stay again if looking for chain hotel in Panama City.

Excellent customer service, all staff were extremely polite, helpful and well trained. Probably the best staff experience I've ever experienced (a big statement)! The amenities in the hotel were excellent, with access to 2 restaurants and a cafe on site plus additional from the mall. The views from the room (city view) were beautiful with the newer parts of the city in the distance. The room was quite large for a standard room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms and even across the hotel had huge windows so felt very airy and bright.
