Some of the best points: 1) Staff - fantastic. Kindest people with attention to detail. Very reliable and accommodating to feedbacks. 2) Breakfast - phenomenal. We were there for 2 weeks and they had a rotation of different menus, and all tasted amazing. There are good ranges of western classics like bread/pastry, eggs/bacon/sausages, yogurt, and good Thai selection of noodles, porridge, rice dishes and tropical fruits. We were travelling with a baby, and they can accommodate for babies really well too. 3) Facilities / cleanliness - gym, yoga studio, massage, our room, everything was top notch. House keepers were so diligent also. 4) Fast response to feedback - some of the negative feedback from previous guests, like too few staff available for face-to-face contact outside the app, no one helping with the luggage, breakfast buffet being limited etc have been fixed. There were whole crew of staff moving our luggage from the car to our room, and breakfast menu being very diverse, and always staff available at the reception with one call away.

Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong, a boutique hotel in Patong beach. Situated in prime location nearby the beach, shops and entertainment hotspots. My very noisy neighbours after midnight was solved within 5 minutes. Upperclass hotel, comfortable bed, clean, nice breakfast.

On a tout aimé Le confort du lit La villa était parfaite la piscine privée au top il faisait tellement chaud . Et la vue tellement magnifique sur la ville Le sourire du personnel Le calme une fois dans la villa .

Offrant une vue imprenable sur l’océan et bénéficiant d’un emplacement en bord de plage, l’établissement The Nai Harn est niché sur une colline tropicale donnant sur la superbe plage de Nai Harn. Our stay at The Nai Harn could not have been better. I was 5 months pregnant and the staff happily assisted me with additional pillows to ensure my comfort. And the view... the view and balcony was exceptional! The room size was generous, with an amazing large shower, bath tub and comfy robes. The Nai Harn has a beach service man who happily assists you to set up the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella and supplies you with towels. They have multiple dinner dining options available at the hotel which were great, and if you walk up the dirt road in front of the hotel, there's an amazing little local Thai place thats worth trying. I must also compliment the pool staff, they were incredibly attentive and moved our umbrella through the day as the sun moved, and were helpful and efficient with drink orders. Couldn't recommend a stay here more highly!!

Perché sur une colline et à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Karon, le Pacific Club Resort - SHA Extra Plus est un établissement de caractère au design unique offrant des vues... Very nice and comfortable clean hotel with very willing staff. Nice pool in the roof, very good service. Helpful manager Tom, good breakfeast.

Location is perfect and the hotel is amazing , staff are so friendly and nice , all people there are smiling . The hotel is very clean and quiet

Le Phuket Airport est l'hôtel le plus proche de l'aéroport international de Phuket. Bien qu'il ne se trouve qu'à 400 mètres, vous n'entendrez pratiquement pas le bruit provenant du trafic aérien. Excellent hôtel situé à proximité de l’aéroport de Phuket. Plusieurs magasins et restaurants à proximité. Plage à 5 minutes de taxi. Hôtel très propre. Piscine agréable. Personnel très serviable, merci ! Parfait pour terminer son voyage. Hôtel à recommander.

There is so much to not just like, but LOVE. The resort is world class excellent, from the multiple pools, variety of restaurants, perfect ambiance and activities to cater to all groups and people. A highlight is the rum shack, facing one of the cleanest private beaches in Asia and world class restaurants within minutes walk from each other. 10/10
