I had more than 20 vacation in 5 star all inclusive hotels in turkey. However, this place is the best of the best! 1. Quality is top: - they serve you drinks with glas unopened bottles. No coke without gas or from tubes but original from unopened glass. - they have varioussss of food and deserts just like other hotels. But all of them are extremely tasty and with the best quality of meat and vegetables. I felt like I visited best restaurant fams with that specific food/ desert whatever I ate in this hotel. - service is extremely good: they don't disturb you but they are always here when you need them. They smile as they are happy to work in this nice hotel. Not a fake smile for asking tips. 2. Extremely clean Every day cleaning room, organizing your things on the floor, every day refilling your snack bar ( which is also free), hotel is super clean overall. 3. Shortly many 5 star hotels try to be budget oriented. They use morning meat in afternoon soup, they bring salat with small flies on it. They give you drink without gas or etc... but this hotel is really very generous and they just give you best quality without doing such things. Thank you everyone for the amazing job! The lobby and lobby bar is great very impressive. The bar concept is very high standard. You can get very exclusive whiskey, vodka or Gin, they really use premium brands in bottles and they have special cocktails created by their own barman for example, “Air” cocktail the “earth-cocktail” the architecture of the hotel unbelievable because they make a pool around the rooms so you can listen at night the water sounds from the pool and the pool view from that rooms are unbelievable. Every room mostly have a very good few to sea very and comfortable beds. The Spa area are very clean, nice and have a great 2 big Hamams, a light sauna, hot sauna even a salt room and of course a steam room. The gym is ok. The also have a nice indoor pool. One of the highlights are the kids club. They built a little kids town, with fire station police station etc. great entertainment one of the best kids club that I see. They also have entertainment for adults, for example, night club and big amphitheater. The service are very great always friendly, helpful and do the best for the guests. One little critic Point is the food. The food is good but not so authentic typical Turkish, for example they can switch more to authentic Turkish cuisine concentration on good meat. The presentation of the food was OK as I said the food was not bad was good but when you compare the other hotels they can make better. I think next year will be better. I think we will come next year again hopefully with different type of food, but the rest is almost perfectly. Good job Ethno hotel best regard.

We liked everything! The hotel in general is very good quality, clean and the beach is well organized. Food is amazing - a lot of different variations, the main menu is different every day. A la carte restaurant is good too, tasty, highest mark for the service. The personnel are very helpful, especially Shirin (guest services) who helped us when we had any questions. Initially we got 3 separate beds (as we requested), but the room size wasn't comfortable for us, so we asked if we could move to another room, they provided a bigger one with absolutely no problem and no extra cost.

Among top hotels in which I stayed (and stayed in several hundreds) - as expected from a 5-star hotel but this was even a bit beyond… From the very first moment at the parking and then reception to the very last moment at departure everything was simply perfect. Our suite was big, modern, super clean, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, nice terrace (looking onto the fields behind, meaning on the quiet side). Food was delicious, very tasty, wide selection of everything. Swimming pool is large and the water is extra clean (perhaps with just a bit too much chlorine?). Every evening great show - the best in our 3-day stay was the group from Colombia. The sandy beach is nice, quite close (transfer 3-4 min by bus, every half an hour) and the service is well organized there as well. Staff is excellent, everybody very nice and pleasant. All in all, not a single complaint (perhaps the location outside the little town of Side which is a gem in itself). Highly recommended, absolutely great hotel!
