Beautiful golfresort in Monterey even if we are not golfers. Not that close to downtown. Our room was comfortable as were the beds. Very clean. Our teenagers liked the poolarea with many games available. Breakfast was included for us and was very good. Nice gym and spa.

Where the Sanctuary is located is great . The staff Jon , Omar , Food delivery Staff were so very kind and professional. I had the most relaxing stay in my very comfortable room . I really liked walking out to the beach and sat in the chairs watching the waves ..super relaxing. The Sanctuary Resort is my favorite place .

I loved hearing the ocean while going to sleep and waking up.
We are not so young anymore, so it was great to get golf cart rides to and from the beach.
We charged ourTesla vehicles in the resort garage overnight so we had more time for outings to Elkhorn Slough and 17 mile drive.
We watched dolphins feeding from the cliff walk.
We enjoyed the food at Sanderlings.
Chaminade Resort & Spa is a wonderful complex in a beautiful position. The offer is rich, between Spa, pools, and other activities. I would recommend booking here to people in search for a quit place to relax.
