Great resort easy to navigate, close to shops and the beach, with lots of parking spaces. The room was clean, kitchen well equipped and 2 TV’s in the apartment with a lot of channels to watch. Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. They let us use the pool facilities before checking and after checkout which was really appreciated, they also provided us with key to the restroom/shower and towels. We really enjoyed the pool, there’s BBQ, plenty of space to sit and enjoy lunch/dinner and also 2 restrooms & 1 shower.

You wake up basically at the beach, and you're 3min walk from the main street with bars and restaurants - Before going there I saw the comments and a lot of people mentioning John and his mom, and now I understand why, they're super nice, super helpful, and feels like you're at home. -There's nothing this place doesn't has for you: name it, they have it. They have sunscreen, after sun, shampoos, books, cards, cold water if you need and then beach towels, umbrellas for everyone plus beach chairs, but proper big ones not the foldable ones so its very comfortable to spend a full day there. Also you have bikes there and you can use it (first come first serve basis), and they even have an ice machine. Honestly just everything for a beach vacation. - Room has nice AC -Would be back here for sure!

This is the perfect resort to relax & have a good time. This is a very Beautiful resort with so many things to do & it’s all inclusive. Food and drinks were amazing. This resort was worth it based off the customer service alone.

Beim Key West H2O Suites handelt es sich um eine Unterkunft nur für Erwachsene 200 m von der Duval Street entfernt. Fabulous hotel! Suite was excellent - modern, spacious and clean. Facilities were all wonderful and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Complimentary drinks at the pool bar and fresh muffins in the room daily were the icing on the cake for us, we will definitely stay again!!
