Der Pool ist groß und sauber, die Aussicht fantastisch.

The location, if you want to stay in the city center, was perfect. The staff was more than helpful and was right there when it counted. Perfect.

Man fühlte sich sofort wohl und heimisch Auch die gesamte Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum, tolle Aussicht, auch im November dank der Heater und Heizdecken in den Bungalows schön warm. Es gab super süße Babykatzen, die uns den Aufenthalt noch mehr versüßt haben und auch das Frühstück und generell das Essen dort sind grandios!

Great restaurant and breakfast, quick and effecient amenities like in-room dining and laundry, shuttle bus service to Sapa 3 times a day (~10 min to the stone church). Entices you to stay in the balcony in the room for hours looking at the view! We loved that they bring little cookies with thoughtful cards every night! We stayed in a valley view bungalow - note they are a bit far from the lobby and restaurant, but for this reason the hotel offers a free golf-cart service, we never waited mroe than 5 minutes either at the room or the lobby. Also if you want to walk, the grounds of the hotel are amazing and it is about a 15 minute walk with views, plants, birds, insects, and horses if you are lucky! Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Sapa, and will definitely return!
