We were especially impressed by the cleanliness of the chalet, thanks to the excellent housekeeping lady who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort every day. She was not only efficient but also very friendly, adding a personal touch to our experience. To top it all off, we had a blast paddle boating on their beautiful lake - and the fact that it was free made it even more enjoyable! It's great that Baywater Village offers such a wide range of guest activities for everyone to enjoy. Overall, we had a truly memorable time. We highly recommend it for anyone seeking a lovely getaway with amazing staff and plenty of recreational options.

They were very helpful and friendly. The location was beautiful. There was very good access to shops and places like Stellenbosch University Museum.
