The hotel was conveniently located near Djemma El Fnaa and was a great jumping off point for exploring the Medina. My room was comfortable and cool, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. I loved the breakfast in the morning, and Abdou, the front desk concierge and my impromptu breakfast server, was everything from a tour guide, spa liaison, to a friend. This is a great hotel to stay when you want to have the Riad experience, but also an exceptional tailored experience to your own travel needs.

They all look better than they are in picture but this one in particular was my favourite. It actually looks like the pictures. Very happy with my stay here and I recommend anybody that is trying to decide, just book this one.

The location is perfect, its quiet and only a few minutes walk from some of the main attractions. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good.

At the riad, the traditional restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and specialises in Moroccan cuisine. The place was conveniently located. Very very close to all the great sites that Marrakech has to offer. The farthest places were like a 25 minute walk. Our arrival flight got delayed and we had arranged a pick up by the Riads car from the airport. The driver was kind enough to wait 2 hours at the airport for us even when he was fasting (we visited during Ramadan) and dropped us very close to the Riad where one of the staff members was already waiting for us to take us and the luggage to the Riad barely a few minutes away. We were greeted with a nice warm smile and a refreshing cup of Moroccan mint tea as soon as we got there. The staff was extremely helpful. They told us all about the places to visit, gave us a map and pointed out all the great spots to eat at and also to see. They were extremely helpful every step of the way. The breakfast was great on the roof terrace every morning aswell.On returning during the evening we were offered to some more tea several times free of charge. Mohammed, one of the staff members also helped me get a local sim and set up a very economical data package which would otherwise be very hard for someone who doesn't read arabic. 10/10 overall and would definitely stay there again when I visit next.
