The room was clean, the staff were helpful and overall the stay was great. Pretty good breakfast, easy to park outside the property and you are 5 mins walk from the ski lift and 8 mins walk from the gondola. The hotel even provides you with lockers to leave your ski equipment over night. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were exceptionally accomodating they go above and beyond for their guests. As beginner skiers it was so handy having the beginner slope outside to practice (all the equipment and lessons are available at the hotel). There is a shuttle bus that they run they load all your equipment, literally drop them a text / whats app and they collect you within 5 minutes from the major slopes (soldeu / el tartar). The spa is also fantastic and very quiet during our stay.

Excellent hotel with amazing views and luxury design. The SPA is the best I have ever seen in my life!! The staff is lovely and the rooms are incredibly comfortable.. Everything was just perfect.
