Al Ain Rotana is a lovely hotel. We were treated like special people from check-in to check-out. We had had a bad experience at our previous hotel and when Nader found out about that, he upgraded us to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was well-appointed, stylish and large. Very luxurious. All staff were so kind and accommodating. I will not hesitate to stay there again. In fact, I know it is the best hotel in Al Ain and much better than the hotels I've stayed in in Dubai. Excellent value for your money.

The location is lovely and very relaxing. The staff are extremely, helpful, friendly and dedicated and make the stay very pleasurable. Particular thanks to the Reception Team and to the lovely lady in the coffee shop who serves a wonderful coffee with a welcoming smile every day.

It was a little getaway from work for me and my girlfriend. But the resort makes uf forget everything about work and feel relaxed. I accidentally booked a twin bed room, but the front office fixed it and gave me a king-size bed. And staff was wery kind and friendly

We loved the room very clean and comfortable. Amenities in the bathroom were awesome. We found a gecko in our bedroom when we first arrived and the staff immediately changed our room and even upgraded us to a higher category room which was awesome. The pool view was gorgeous. The hotel lobby is airy and stylish. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the bar.

Very accommodating staff, upgraded to a deluxe room with pool view, the garden and pools very relaxing, the bed was sooo comfortable, the location was perfect for what we wanted, covered parking, overall we had a perfect stay.

its a fabulous gateway in the middle of nowhere. Silence is extremely good and its the right place to relax and runaway from the city. The animals are just lovely walking around
