The room was very spacious and the pool was heated and truly amazing. Enjoyed a lot with two kids. Complimentary bikes and falcon show added to the experience. Breakfast was really good with a wide spread of items. Kids really enjoyed seeing gazelles and oryxes roaming all around along with other animals at the property such as owl, falcon, horses, rabbits, snakes, scorpions,etc. Osman at the reception was particularly helpful. Prasad driving the golf cart took extra effort to show us around the property. Dileep at moon bar served us with diligence. AlAmin showed extraordinary hospitality. Thanks to the entire staff for being so hospitable. They helped us open and close the pool curtains at all hours of the night and day.

What a wonderful experience. While checking in I mentioned that it was my parents anniversary they offered us a dinner ala carte in one of the restaurants. We chose the seafood restaurant Sol. Very nice atmosphere but ai would rate the food 6/10 however the waiters were super friendly. They offered us an anniversary cake as well at the end of the dinner. The rooms are spatious it was fully booked that why he couldnt upgrade us, they decorated the bed for the anniversary. The pools and beach are really nice. All inclusive options is really good! Cocktails are amazing, seafood night at turquoise has a variety of options, the breakfast is rich as well. We even enjoyed the activities during the day and events at night. We will definitly come back I was so scared when we booked because of some negative reviews. .
