The personnel were beyond amazing! Sam and Zak couldn't have been more friendly, professional, helpful and added a great deal to the enjoyment of our stay. Breakfast was excellent; good variety and well prepared. Location was excellent and convenient to transportation. Also, the shower was amazing!

From start to finish, this was a top class stay. From the moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff who wanted to do everything they could, and more, to make you feel comfortable. We felt at home from the start. We were given local recommendations for breakfast and coffee, our bags were taken to our room, the room itself was cosy, comfortable and clean. There is really nothing bad to say about this place. You can book a shuttle to the airport, a bar opposite if you'd like a beverage, plenty of restaurants/coffee shops to go to in the local area and great links for public transport. Would recommend this hotel every time and if we come back to Sydney we'll be staying here!

We booked a one-bedroom suite. The refurb of this Art Deco building has been a great success. The reception area, bar, restaurant, coffee shop are all outstanding. Staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. Usually I prefer to stay at The Rocks but will definetly make an exception just to stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The bathroom was almost the same size as the bedroom - huge!
