Everything from start to finish was excellent. Maddy was so lovely at reception, and all the staff made us feel so valued and special. And to arrive and find out we had been upgraded? Incredible. AND a complimentary bottle of wine? We couldn’t ask for more. We snuggled up with our pizza, delivered to us by the amazing staff. The whole venue felt like a slice of paradise. Thank you so much!

We were offered an upgrade which was lovely, It was our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us with a small bottle of champagne, which was a lovely gesture.
When room service didn't work they compensated us.

Another great stay at the Radisson, it's in a great location so close to Wynyard station with easy access to the main parts of the city. We received a lovely room upgrade to celebrate our anniversary and really enjoyed the late check-out and buffet breakfast. Thanks Radisson you continue to be the best value luxury hotel in Sydney!
