what can anyone expect from a great hotel? perfect location? spacious rooms? perfect maintenance? fluffy clean towels? beautiful modern, yet cozzy, room design? great bed? all these are checked, at the highest level possible, topped with the friendliest, attentive, most professional staff possible, and a beautiful cafe'/restaurant at the lobby. we were personally greeted and received on check-in by Efi, probably the most charming and professional front desk person we came across. The property is situated in the centre of the town, very close to Grand Place and to the Central station. The room was cosy and clean, the sink in the bathroom a bit small, but the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was very good, our host was very nice and prepared us an early breakfast tray when we had to leave early.
