The room was very good but the personnel was EXCEPTIONAL. It was a very nice stay, very clean room located ideally in the city center. The breakfast was very good. I want to highlight the personnel, which was absolutely amazing with us. Our flight was leaving on the evening, and even though we had already checked out they stored our luggage and let us use their facilities before leaving for the airport. It was really really nice stay, I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Calgary.

Easy transfer from arrivals to the hotel. Large rooms with a well equipped kitchen. Evening social with snacks drinks was just what we needed after a long day in Banff. Breakfast was good
