New ZealandWow, staff greeted us as we exited our car introducing themselves, proceeded to open doors for us to the hotel and then introduced us to the reception staff. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were amazing, had a balcony that looked straight out onto the chair lift. Snowed whilst we were there and when we were in the spa pool, couldn't have asked for more. Opening weekend of ski season December 2023. Five star accommodation at three star prices. Much better than we expected. Highly recommended. Would definitely go back if/when we visit Canada again.

The lodge, including both the room and facilities, was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. It's a perfect place to relax without any worries. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. The food was outstanding, easily some of the best I’ve ever had—and I travel a lot for work. Given the high quality of service and amenities, the price was very reasonable. We truly felt welcomed and well-treated throughout our stay.
