Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent staff, 9/10 for attention to detail. The only Hotels I've stayed that would be better would be some of the five-star hotels in the big chains like the Ritz-Carlton group, but in Switzerland and this time of year you'd be talking multiples of the price we paid to stay here. Genuinely brilliant boutique Hotel. Location was probably the best of any city stay hotel I've been to. Thanks to Tom especially for his help with booking tickets etc. Hotel restaurant was also a genuine treat with the traditional Swiss Fare explained by good waiting staff. Well worth booking for your first night in my opinion.

Front desk amazing. I had a medical emergency in Switzerland ( and I don’t speak French). Front desk translated to taxi to get me there asap.

Very kind staff, they’d listened and given me the best room available. The sheets alone were amazing, and the room had all I wished for including balcony and good wifi connection. Close to both Palais des Nations and the train station. Perfect!
