The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The room is absolutely great, the bed is comfortable, the shower is big, the amenities wonderful. The location was right next to lac Léman, with views on the water, can't ask for more. This hotel is well worth the cost.

Check in was quick and friendly. The hotel is classically styled and very well maintained. We loved the spacious room and the very comfortable beds. The check-out is at 12, which gives you the opportunity to have a short sight-seeing walk after breakfast, even if you only stay one night.

This is an excellent hotel not very far from Lausanne's main train station but on a pedestrian road so you don't really notice you are 2 minutes to the station. The hotel gave us a modern and spacious bedroom and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was nice. The hotel has 2 restaurants (Italian and Thai) so you can eat there if it is raining outside (as it did quite a few times during our stay :( The staff at the hotel are very polite and they always welcome you with a smile (especially David).
