We arrived early and parked easily. There was a small worse at reception but the manage, Adam entered behind us and before he even put his bag down he greeted us and gave us welcome drinks! He gave us information about the hotel and a walk to go on that would take an hour or so then we could go back and check in! He was so friendly and helpful, views from the rooms fabulous, quiet, perfect location. Breakfast was great. Everything you need there! All in all, a perfect stay! Will be back 100%!

This hotel is in a stunning location with views down the Lauterbrunnen valley. We stayed in a room with a balcony and valley views, which was amazing to wake up to and relax on in the evening. The hotel is also conveniently situated near the train station via a short walk.
All the staff are lovely. I'd read several reviews before arriving which said the manager, Adam, was fantastic. I would definitely agree. He was very welcoming and friendly, and was really helpful with advice and tips for our daytrips.

Everything was great. Reception staff were very good, giving us a choice of rooms to upgrade our booking. Maria, rostered on for breakfast, is lovely and her local knowledge.and suggestions are so helpful.

Breakfast varieties and views are fantastic. Location is great too but it will be a bit of walk if you are coming from the train station. Staffs are friendly and they upgraded our bedroom during our stay. Appreciated it. It was our honeymoon trip. Felt so welcoming.
