Romantic Hotels in Luzern

Lovely hotel on the lake with amazing views. Staff all very helpful. Pool is relaxing with plenty of chairs available. Rooms were comfortable with fantastic views and newly renovated bathrooms. Parking is very easy. There is a bus from outside the hotel which goes into the centre of town which is very easy for evenings out.

I got upgraded to a lovely rooftop room with a great balcony and a great view, big for one person. Nothing in Switzerland is cheap, Having said that, it was good value for money..

Lovely decor, great restaurant/ bar on ground floor. Friendly staff. Convenient location to river and train station. They kindly upgraded us to a suite.

The property is at a brilliant location and the hosting team was warm and welcoming. We got an upgraded room which was huge and had a lovely view.

The staff all of them friendly and helpful the view of the room was fantastic and lovely it was our honeymoon celebration and the decorations was amazing thank you for that

The staff were super attentive and patient during check in and upgraded our rooms to a duplex so that we could be together as a family as well offering umbrellas since it was raining. The hotel provided nice refreshing drinks at the lobby as well as complimentary minibar and Nespresso machine in the rooms. Conveniently located to train station and Lucerne Old Town. Close to food and shopping. We had our honeymoon in Lucerne exactly 30 years ago and our room was beautifully decorated with heart-shaped chocolates on our bed! Lovely surprise!
