The hotel exceeded my expectations and was excellent in every way. The staff were great and able to help with specific requests that we had. The rooms were well equipped with quality linen and pillows. Our room had a Nespresso machine, and this was very welcome after our trip to Zermatt. We also enjoyed the access to the large and well-fitted sauna. The shuttle from the train station was on time and they delivered our luggage back to the station when we departed.

My room was opposite side of the Matterhorn and could not see it from the room, but I could see nice view of Zermatt town from the terrace. And the hotel is located in front of the best spot to see Matter-Horn so you can enjoy the view of Matterhorn just a few steps out from the hotel. The room was also clean and cozy.

We had an amazing stay here at Hotel Parnass. They had such a nice commercial gesture towards us that completely changed positively the dynamic of our trip. The room was nice, and the breakfast amazing. They have a cute space where everyone can gather to read, talk, or play games. They also provide good meal deals with some restaurants. We went to one of their suggestions and it was great! The location is also perfect! Really a very pleasant experience overall! We will be back. Thank you!

Everything is perfect. It's even cheaper than Zermatt's Matterhorn view. Matterhorn is solely yours from your own room. Amazing view of sunrise of Matterhorn. Strongly recommend. Staff are so friendly, and they helped me when I suffered from altitude sickness.
