Breakfast was quite good, with fresh coffee and expresso being prepared for us. The room was very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. There was a mini-bar, which helped with the warm Summer climate. The bathroom was gorgeous. The shower was really good. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous.

Everything. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Herr Obermeyer and Julia were the nicest people I ever dealt with at ANY hotel worldwide - seriously! The location of the hotel is unique and the view from our room was simply spectacular. A delicious breakfast was served on the patio including lake view as well :) Beds were clean and comfortable. A Nespresso machine and 2 bottles of water daily was a very nice „to have“ in the room.

We had a great 1 day stay at the hotel - the location is amazing, giving great sightseeing view to Zurich. I will start with the staff, which was very friendly and welcoming. As soon as we arrived at the train station, which is 300-400m. away from the hotel, we started climbing to the top, which takes no more than 10min. (with a big suitcase and a strolley). On the way up one very nice lady, driving a branded car from the hotel, offered to take our luggage to the hotel free of charge. We enjoyed the walk through the forest, the air was very fresh and the views were stunning. The check-in took less than 5 min. and we were given a great city-view room, which was very clean, modern and stylish. The king size bed was very confortable, as well as the baby cot. All the area around was amazing and very well-maintained. We highly recommend the hotel and would definitely book again on our next visit to Zurich.

This place was wonderful, the view, the food, the service... by the way, you can take the public transport to Lucerne, which is only 20 minutes away, for free! I walked there. There are many attractions nearby (mountains, castles)
