What a great find! Beautiful hotel with real character, super comfortable large room, very good breakfast, lovely staff and a good restaurant. We arrived by train and took a taxi up the steep hill. We sat outside having dinner on the terrace and watching the sun go down over the mountains. So quiet and peaceful, we loved it!

Overall the property looks fantastic. Amazing garden, very lovely old villa with spa. Staff was very pleasant and kind. Room, spa and dining area were clean.

Booking.com didn't allow upgrade from 1 person to 2. Travelled with my mom and ended up in a tiny room for 1 person. Not used to booking rooms based on number of people. Room with 2 beds should accommodate 2 people. It was very tiny.
