This hotel is fantastic. We will be staying here the next time we are in town. The property is very peaceful and beautiful... very, very relaxing. The rooms are much larger than a typical hotel room. It was spotless and the bathroom was very nice as well. Don't miss the breakfast as it is amazing. A great variety of hot dishes, cold dishes, fruits, cereal, yogurts, pastries and bread. We enjoyed the cappuccinos as well as the regular pot of coffee. They have plenty of highchairs for toddlers/babies. In afternoons/evenings, they have a bar where you can get alcoholic/nonalcoholic drinks. We expected the property to be nice but didn't realize how nice it would be. Definitely surpassed our expectations.

Maybe the design is a little outdated but the comfort is A+ and the staff is amazing. Spacious room with a bathroom and a balcony. Balcony looks at the yard with a lot of tall trees (hide the outside parking) that all the buildings are spaced around. Great breakfast. Travelling with a dog (20 kg): Additional Fee. She loved lounging on the balcony and just supervising everyone passing through the yard. The property is next to the woods with several walking paths, some are natural some are asphalt.

It is located close to the centre of the town and to the rehabilitation facility where I was visiting a friend. It’s also close to the motorway. The room was clean, breakfast really nice and service good. WiFi was stable - I needed to work while there. There are plenty of options to go for a run or a hike.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gasthof-Hotel Dannerwirt and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the small touches, like compliment. The hotel’s location is perfect – it’s in a quiet area, but still close to key attractions. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, and I spent several mornings just relaxing. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast – it had a wide variety of fresh options, from fruits and pastries to hot dishes. The quality of the food was top. Overall, my experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Very nice area and tiny little village. Perfect for heading hiking or biking. Lots to see and visit around, beautiful nearby towns. Only thing that for dinner there are few choices.

On arrival after a two hour flight and a 6 hour drive, Martin the owner greeted me with a very  warm and enthusiastic welcome which was warm and sincere. I requested an upgrade to a balcony room, of which he offered to show me 3 rooms, each of which were beautiful,  of which I settled for the apartment, overlooking the mountain view. Martin gave a great introduction and insight to the local village and local area and some of the places of interest, including the Bavarian whisky distillery at the rear of the property. The apartment was like a home from home and overall the Hotel was beautifully appointed and spotless. Breakfast was simply outstanding!  Fresh local produce served tapas style winning the day and the croissants or Danish pastries normally served with continental breakfasts replaced with fabulous fresh bread from the village bakery. Breakfast was table service, served efficiently and with a heartfelt enthusiasm. Martin was great at recommending local places to visit and restaurant recommendations were absolutely spot on with each place serving tasty quality Bavarian  dishes. Whatever your reason for visiting Hotel Hubertus, you will most certainly feel at home and have your expectations exceeded by Martin and his great team, but most of all it will be a relaxing and fulfilling experience, and one where you will long to return.

Landgasthof Karner is located in a marvellous landscape, at the foot of the Alps between Munich and Salzburg. It is close to the E60 road and only 10 km from Lake Chiemsee.
