Romantic Hotels in Bergisch Gladbach

Everything, the kindliness of staff, the large bedroom and bath-room and especially the wellness and the Italian restaurant Enoteca where we had a nice table outside decorated with hearts as we celebrated our 40-years anniversary of marriage. Also the flexibility of the hotel when we asked to check out a little bit later than planned as we enjoyed the wellness. Thank you for this marvellous stay. We will sure come back.

They had made a mistake with our reservation of 2 rooms but they gave us an upgrade and sorted out the issue quickly. We had an amazing experience there, highly recommend.

Stunning hotel all round. Incredible luxury and service.

Room was lovely, I booked the basic room and it was still huge & beautiful. So comfortable. We travelled with our dog and they offered a dog sitting service. Expensive at €25 an hour but lovely to be able to go and enjoy the pool and breakfast without worrying about taking the dog or leaving him in our room. The spa was lovely, the pool and Sauna's very relaxing.

Beautiful hotel, has a wow factor when you drive through the gates, grand rooms, penhaligans products in the bathroom, lovely staff, good spa. Staff are really helpful when you have questions or need a taxi. I would recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival we received an upgrade to a junior suite rather than the standard room that we booked. We got room 307 which is a fantastic suite, very large and luxurious. I appreciated the valet parking upon arrival.
