This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. There were balcony with beautiful ocean view, this hotell was in front of Ereaga Beach. Vizcaya hanging bridge was in walking distance. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very good. I very much enjoyed blackout curtains. This hotel had everything you need for a nice vacation in a beautiful place.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the beautiful Bakio Beach. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any requests. Despite a minor inconvenience, the exceptional kindness of the staff more than made up for it. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel.

I wasn’t particularly thrilled with our stay. We arrived, were greeted with faultless service, and were in our room resting within minutes. A little chaos or a delayed check-in would have added some much-needed excitement. The room was spotless and disturbingly quiet. I prefer a bit of noise - doors slamming, muffled conversations, maybe even the occasional argument next door. It helps me relax. Instead, I was trapped in a bubble of oppressive calm. Breakfast was served with a stunning view of the Guggenheim Museum, which was entirely too distracting. Naturally, this made it impossible to fully focus on the excellent food. The location was also far too convenient, with everything just a short walk away. I usually enjoy the challenge of navigating public transport, but here, even that simple pleasure was denied. And, to make it worse, my wife loved it. Now I have to live up to this standard every time we travel.

A great location by the Guggenheim and near the airport bus stop. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, spacious room and I had a view of the Guggenheim museum which I was given as an upgrade :-)

Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Went out of way to provide gluten free breakfast for daughter. Delightful people. It was also across the road from the train station so we were in centre of Bilbao in 15 mins. Also located just off the motorway so very easy to find.
