The staff were so friendly, there was always something to do and join in with. The food was brilliant, great variety and always so tasty and presented really nicely. The hotel was really clean , the rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were on top of keeping everything around the hotel replenished and presentable.

A beautifully situated hotel, with friendly staff and a great choice of food every day . We stayed in a sea view suite with its own plunge pool which was really spacious and well worth the minimal additional cost. We will certainly be returning in September.

Lovely accomodation placed nicely on the hill overlooking Mahón port area. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with a great breakfast by the pool and local recommendations. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and relaxing to be in. Overall a pleasant stay!!

ARTIEM Capri is an absolute gem! It has everything you need, when and where you need it. The location is perfect as it is 2 minutes away from the main bus station, and as well 5 minutes away from city center (a bit farer from the port, but if you have a scooter it is perfect!). Breakfast is amazing, bedrooms have everything you need, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, cream. Staff is super helpful, and they even lent us a beach umbrella for all our stay. Honesty bar and free water, beers, coca cola, juices and snacks for the whole stay. Absolutely loved staying there (we stayed for 12 nights). Little SPA has sauna, steam bath, hydro-massage, solarium, little pool and little gym.

Everything. Every Little detail was just perfect: we went as the first guests of the season and I got a touch of how royal families are treated. I went there with my girlfriend for my birthday and they made the whole vacation amazing from the little treats we had as surprise in the room and the large breakfast in the bed. I will come back for sure!!!

The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious; a great selection to choose from. The room was lovely, incredibly clean and lots of space. The balcony was a great addition, and we were upgraded to a sea view, which was just stunning.

Staff were very friendly. The room (sea view suite) was large and we loved having the small personal pool although was slightly too cold to be comfortable. Breakfast selection was okay. The local restaurant Reina Isabel was lovely and overall a very relaxing location by the sea. A visit to Mahon is really recommended- lots of shops, bars, restaurants and a beautiful port!
