The staff were exceedingly friendly and whet over and beyond to help us when my son lost something important to him begin the fitted future - they were able to retrieve it which was such a wonderful surprise for all of us and we were exceptionally grateful. The rooms were clean and spacious, room service was delicious and speedy and the access to the secure hotel parking was easy.

This hotel is located in the centre of Rouen, 100 metres from the Old Market Square and the Sainte-Jeanne d’Arc Church. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the rooms, which are decorated in a Louis XV style.

The hotel is very beautiful and has a lot of character. They take care of every details and I found it very fancy. I only spent one night there, but I would be happy to spend one week in Rouen, rest properly and use their free library.
