We visited this hotel 9 years ago, and we wanted to visit again, because we had a very good memory of this hotel. And we still want to come back another time. Everything is in order, the room, the view, the people and the pool and location in general. The breakfast is very French and fantastic. Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large with enormous beds, and bathrooms were lovely too. Breakfast had loads of choice and we ate dinner on the terrace one evening which was gorgeous. The swimming pool area was very nice though bar seemed to be manned only some of the time. The setting in the hills with Evian just a short ride away on the free to ride funicular train was great too.

Set in Amphion les Bains, on the edge of the Lake Geneva, Hôtel De La Plage offers free WiFi. There is a restaurant on stilts, a garden and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

We were surprised at how easy it was to get to by public transport. Very short and very pleasant walk from bus stop. Although we arrived very early we were able to check in and received a warm welcome to our lake view room. Literally a stone's throw away from the lake. Had a wonderful meal. In a wonderful restaurant with wonderful staff. Slept very well in a comfortable room and enjoyed the shower. Lots of room. The breakfast was amazing. Great atmosphere and very very relaxing.
