The setting of this place is absolutely stunning, very peaceful despite there being lots of people there. The woodland escape suite was perfect, everything you needed, situated very close the main building and restaurant. The staff could not do enough and were lovely. Overall a fantastic stay and we shall be back

Porthmadog High Street is 30 meters and both national and steam trains are within 600 meters of Tudor Lodge. The Tudor Lodge is a family run bed and breakfast.

The lodge is located just outside of the main area of the town, so it's both quiet - and convenient. The building is old and quiant, but the interior is tastefully decorated, and the rooms are renovated in the best possible way, with all the amenities and comforts characteristic of a modern hotel. Annie is exemplary host, gracious and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully served.

We had a warm welcome by our host. The bar down the rd was also great and staff are all very helpful and friendly. We then went back for a special dinner....it was absolutely stunning. The room at the Castell was superb, very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was beautifully cooked when we eventually got it. We could say, we’ll worth the wait! The evening meal was very good too. And of course a splendid location. Invaluable navette service into the village for residents.
