was very modern, the rooms were clean and the spa was lovely and relaxing

Lovely and relaxed when in there. Drink was great. Rooms were nice and bed was comfy. Breakfast was fantastic.

The staff were lovely, and checking in/out was stress free. We were upgraded to a "privilege" room, which has a seperate lounge area, which was appreciated. The room had a great coffee machine along with bottled water, and various toiletry kits. There is a free carpark behind the hotel with plenty of spaces, which is exactly what we needed for our van during our business trip.

Lovely place with nice rooms, beautiful Spa included in the bed and breakfast rates. Several good walks in the surrounding countryside around the hotel. Nice bar and restaurant, very relaxed atmosphere. 

Easy check in as done on line before arrival. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in the hotel bar. Nice little pub, Drop Inn, good for a game of pool. Beautiful evening meal in the restaurant. Room large with a very comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom. Good serve yourself buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice of hot or cold food. Beautiful views, didn’t get chance to use Spa as visit was to attend a wedding. Would stay at this hotel again (also noticed it is dog friendly).

As I'm a Booking.com customer on the Genius 3 loyalty scheme, I was upgraded to a Privilege Double Room. I had a gorgeous bedroom. My king-size bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a deep bath and I enjoyed having a bubbly bath too. My vegetarian breakfast was lovely too.

Lovely room, large bed and excellent bathroom facilities with plenty of space to relax .( although we could hear a man who appeared to be worse for wear with drink continually shouting/ talking to his partner ! ) Spa and swimming area lovely ,not too busy and staff lovely. Excellent breakfast, very polite and welcoming staff. Food was very hot and well cooked.
