Excellent room, very clean with all the extras … breakfast was really good as was the evening meal. Staff were very attentive and friendly Lovely outside areas to sit and relax Plenty of parking Location was perfect for visiting Oxford and surrounding places

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was given an upgrade to a wonderful, luxurious double room. The food was excellent and there were lots of choices at breakfast. I had a lovely stay here for 1 night, I wish it could have been longer 😊

Lovely welcome and very professional. Warm and cosy atmosphere. Room was more than expected and I was delighted. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Radio playing softly when arriving, tea, coffee machine, biscuits and water. The room had such character, a four poster bed and old typewriter, which alas was the sort I learned to type on! The food in the restaurant was first class and very good value for money. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Everything This is the best hotel we have stayed in during our whole Thames Path walk experience. The decor is fabulous. So much thought has gone into everything. Rooms have all amenities you could possibly want and beautifully presented. Great location in fabulous village. Great food and super staff. Very relaxing environment. Lovely bar and restaurant. We can't wait to go back and just chill out Thank you

Very charming romantic getaway half an hour from Oxford. Great room, great food and lovely simple nearby walks by the river. Fantastic service.
