Everything! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of ventilation, so the room was the perfect temperate. There were private quiet places available to sit outside to relax and a lovely comfortable sofa in the room. The staff were lovely at all levels, and nothing was too much trouble. The little treats in the room (cake, biscuits, chocolates on pillow) were a finishing touch that made the visit extra special. We spent our 1st Anniversary at Cold Cotes and it was perfect, we've already been recommending to everyone!

Superb luxury apartment with lovely little outdoor terrace, great for relaxing and catching up with friends before a gentle walk 10min into Harrogate.

Hotel upgraded us to a suite, nice large room. Lovely old building, impressive.
Great breakfast, lots of choice.
Nice spa with good sized pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

I got a free room upgrade and the room, was absolutely gorgeous. It is in an amazing location so close to the city centre. The staff were so kind and friendly. We had a few drinks later on in the night in the Hotel and they were lovely but not only that the bar stays open for residents on a night time.
