We booked the Deluxe Room in Joan's B&B and it exceeded our expectations. It was cozily decorated, spacey, clean, came with a bathroom that had both shower and bathtub, and was located only a 10min walk away from Inverness' city centre. Joan was a warm and welcoming host, and served us delicious breakfast. Definitely recommending this B&B!

Everything was absolutely perfect : the location is very convenient to visit Inverness on foot, the guest house itself is situated in a calm neighbourhood so you won't be bothered at night. We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival and we found everything that we needed in the room that was spotless clean. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was exceptional, it was freshly cooked and we enjoyed it very much. We would be very happy to come back here again!

Joy is an amazing host. Location is very central. Breakfast was great! Rooms are clean and comfortable. On site parking is a great bonus.
