A well located hotel near the town centre with good size well appointed rooms and all necessary facilities. The breakfast was comprehensive and of very good quality. Staff were all very helpful. Parking onsite is limited but there's a nearby public car park at much the same cost.

The Pyewipe has a rural setting beside the Roman Fossedyke canal, with views of Lincoln Cathedral and castle. It is a 20-minute walk from city centre and the historic quarter.
